CLAY WORLEY

Clay Worley serves as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for NCI, responsible for the company’s human resources strategy and execution in support of NCI’s human-driven technologies. Clay brings more than 30 years of experience leading human resources teams and driving human capital initiatives across HR functional areas in support of business objectives, most recently as vice president of Human Resources for DXC Technology’s U.S. public sector organization. Prior to that role, he worked in several HR leadership roles at Leidos, SAIC and L-3 Communications.

 

Clay was recently named an “HR Super Leader” by Visier, and one of Washington, D.C.’s Top HR Leaders of the Year  by DCA Live. He currently serves on the board of the HR Alliance D.C. organization and is a member of the board of directors for BioPharma Global. He represents NCI on the Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s Blueprint Virginia 2030 Executive Committee. He is involved with community and charitable organizations such as Jobs for Life, Chalmers Center Work Life training program and volunteers with The Lamb Center and Boulder Crest Foundation.

 

Clay holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisville and a master’s degree in business administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
