CLAYTON CROSBY

Clayton Crosby is the Corporate Vice President of Operations, Deputy Division Manager, and GSA DIGIT Program Manager for NCI Information Systems Inc.

Clayton joined NCI in 2021 and is responsible for the strategy and execution of the Digital Innovation for GSA’s Infrastructure Technologies (DIGIT) Program, NCI’s largest contract. In this role, Clayton oversees the delivery of innovation and AI technology to help ensure GSA’s position as a federal IT leader and driver of digital transformation throughout the federal government.

Prior to joining NCI, Clayton held senior leadership roles in IT at Leidos and Lockheed Martin. He also served nine years in the U.S. Army as a satellite and telecommunications manager and holds an active top-secret clearance.

Clayton holds several technology management certifications, including an ITIL v4 Managing Professional, Security+ and PMP. Clayton earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Strayer University, and a master’s degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Clayton and his wife, Yong (pronounced Young), live in Reston, Va. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and serving his community in various ways. He currently serves on the Corporate Advisory Council to the U.S. Black Chamber of Commerce.
